THE TRENDS YOU SHOULD KNOW ABOUT

THE TRENDS YOU SHOULD KNOW ABOUT

GO GINGHAM

Gingham is the trend you kind of want to wear but don't, it looks super cute and gives that high school 'innocence' look, but at the same time every girl and her dog are wearing it. To style it best, wear dramatic or cool cuts as opposed to flat fabrics. Investing in better quality fabrics will help here, and if you are concerned about spending too much money on a trend piece don't panic - gingham always comes back around!

ROMANCE ISN'T DEAD

Your wardrobe is not complete without a drawer filled with beautiful lingerie. The first way to feel confident is perfecting the base of your outfit. Pretty lingerie can set your relationship on fire, whether it is a basic mesh set from & Other Stories, a lace and satin body from La Perla or crotchless panties from Hanky Panky.

NARROW SUNGLASSES

You've seen them on everyone from Bella Hadid to J-lo circa 1997, and now you need them. I recently purchased the super cool Ray Ban RB4250's (far right) and I'm obsessed with them! I struggle to find cute sunglasses that suit my face shape and these i'm obsessed with. The Elizabeth and James 'Mckinley' pair (far left) are Kendall's go-to, and if you are feeling really 90's try pink or yellow lenses!

THE PERFECT PINK

Pink is everywhere right now, from the hue of almost every bloggers instagram to the new in collections of every fashion website. For me it's the natural progression for every lover of monochrome to inject a bit of romance and 'girliness' back in to her wardrobe. My most recent purchase being the New Balance suede 379 trainers in blush, I wear them almost every day with black culottes and either a cool tee or a black bardot crop. If you are looking for a beautiful pink two piece or dress for the summer - Revolve is the place to be.
